This competition is by no means a beauty contest:  all babies are as beautiful and cute, and there is no way they ever should be judged this way (this would be wrong on so many levels!). The first selection will be based on the picture quality and the little text written by mummy or daddy. Twelve semi-finalists will be selected and then it is up to everyone to vote!
